Kyocera’s Application Named “Gold Tested Solution”

Kyocera Document Solutions America announced its business application had been named the “Gold Tested Solution” by BLI.

Kyocera DMConnect, an MFP-and-server-based application, is designed to help capture, distribute and manage documents in efficient and cost effective ways for firms. With the MFP control panel, users can easily capture the paper documents along with automatic indexing, processing and routing for storage.

By XML import, the documents can be added to documents management systems such as e-mails, network folders, Microsoft SharePoint, ODBC-databases, etc. The application also enables administrators to add security to restrict user access.

Its performance has impressed the analysts of Buyer Laboratory LLC (BLI), who commented on the solution as the combination of power and simplicity. They called DMConnect an affordable solution for a company’s essential document capture/routing needs.

Jamie Bsales, the Director of Office Workflow Solutions Analysis at BLI said: “It’s easy for network administrators. It’s even easier for end-users. DMConnect is a truly impressive solution for streamlining document workflow.”

Kyocera says the application has been developed with various customized components for organizations in education, finance, healthcare, and legal industries.
