Konica Minolta has been recognized by Hyland for enhancing operation efficiency in organizations using Hyland’s enterprise content management (ECM) solution OnBase.
According to enxmag.com, the enterprise content management solution provider has been honored the Platinum and Diamond support awards.
Diamond Award, the annual recognition, is granted for supporting the OnBase Community with excellence. The criteria for the Diamond award are training, customer retention, ratio of employees providing support to the number of customers and percentage of customers using the current software release.
OnBase is an enterprise content management (ECM) solution suite. The software has evolved through product innovation and remained focused on automating business processes that depend on documents, content and people to operate more effectively, according to onbase.com.
Platinum honor is awarded based on sales performance and excellence. The criteria include software revenue for 2016 and the number of new customers acquired during the same year.
“We are once again honored to be recognized and these awards are a great reflection of all of the hard work and dedication that goes into providing industry leading solutions,” said Kevin Kern (pictured), senior vice president, Business Intelligence Services and Product Planning. “Our main focus is to put the needs of our customers first.”
