Konica Minolta Announces New Senior Vice President, Human Resources

Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc. (Konica Minolta) announced today that Victoria (Vicky) Ringwood has joined the company as senior vice president of Human Resources.

In her role, Ringwood will work in partnership with Konica Minolta CEO, Rick Taylor, to drive a meaningful, impactful, human capital resource strategy that facilitates and supports our business. She will work with Konica Minolta’s leadership and HR teams to instill best practices needed to drive business outcomes, and to keep pace with current and future growth of the company.

Ringwood brings nearly 20 years of progressive Human Resource experience to her post, having most recently led HR for the Mobile Division of Samsung Electronics Americas. Ringwood’s background includes talent acquisition, talent management and HR business partner positions in noteworthy companies including, Tyco International, American Standard and Honeywell.
