Industry Leader Dies

News of the sudden, tragic death of Xiaogang Zang (pictured) on February 18, 2016 has rocked the print consumables industry in China and internationally.

Xiaogang Zang, who served as the President of Zhuhai Printing Consumable Industry Association and Senior Vice President at Seine, passed away after failing to respond to emergency aid.

Zang joined the Seine Group in 2006 making a significant contribution. His leadership status was further recognized by his 2015 appointment as President of the Zhuhai Printing Consumable Industry Association. Zang worked tirelessly to develop the association and the industry he loved. Those involved in the association say Zang’s efforts resulted in gaining more support from the government, building a better market environment for industry players and also enhancing the standardization of the printer consumables industry in Zhuhai, China.

For the past decade, Zang made a sacrificial contribution to his company and the industry, which often took him away from his family. He was a good friend and supporter of RT Media, and along with the Seine Group, backed the development of the RemaxWorld Expo. Tony Lee, Managing Director of RT Media says that he and his staff are “shocked and deeply saddened at the loss of one of our good friends, a sincere gentleman, and a great, industry pioneer.” RT Media expresses its deepest gratitude to Zang for his years of continuous contribution to the industry on many fronts.
