Hundreds Laid Off at Xerox

“Changing needs” is being cited as the reason for hundreds of Xerox employees losing their jobs in Colorado Springs.

According to Gazette news partner KKTV, an employee in management says 350 staff received their dismissal letters—nearly a half of employees at the Garden of the Gods location.

Xerox claims it is helping those who have lost their jobs. Xerox also said it cannot comment on their clients, but did indicate the layoffs are as a result of “changing needs” of one specific client.
