Fake News About Print-Rite Published …Again

Print-Rite is angered by another fake news report accusing the iconic brand of avoiding EU pension obligations.

A Print-Rite spokesperson contacted RT Media to say, “On 9 January 2018, TonerNews published another false and misleading headline concerning a neutral Law360 report, accusing Print-Rite of avoiding EU pension obligations.”

“The truth is the Law 360’s report did not mention Print-Rite at all. It concerns Pelikan. While Print-Rite recently acquired a 30-year license to sell cartridges under the Pelikan brand, it does not own, or manage the Pelikan company.

“Print-Rite is not the owner of Pelikan and has nothing to do with the reported case whatsoever.”

In November 2017, RT Media exposed TonerNews for reporting fake news about APS Photoconductor and Print-Rite in October 2017. TonerNews subsequently removed the article without apology. “Such an irresponsible website publisher repeatedly fails to fact check before publishing his misleading articles or defamatory statements online,” the spokesperson added. “He has done it again. He has lost all credibility to call himself a reporter of news for the industry.”

Print-Rite vehemently denies such misleading publication sources and reserves its rights to take legal action against such an irresponsible website and its author/publisher.
