Executive Management Changes at Fuji Xerox
Fuji Xerox Co. Ltd. has announced that they will be making alterations to their upper personnel.
At the Meeting of the Board of Directors on June 5th, the following nominees for directors and corporate auditors were declared. These changes are expected to come into effect at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and the Meeting of the Board of Directors on June 22nd.
Moreover, at the same meetings, the new Corporate Officers for Fuji Xerox will be finalized and this will materialize on July 1st.
In addition to this, the retiring directors are as follows:
