Europe´s Turbon Now in Complete Restructuring of Toner Business

In order to position the laser cartridge business profitably in the long term, further measures – including the possible sale of unprofitable parts of companies such as North America or Asia – are being considered. In an ad-hoc announcement, Turbon had informed about lower than planned sales in the laser cartridge business during the first half of the year. The board expects “that the losses in laser cartridges business can be significantly reduced by 2019 at the end of a profitable business opportunity and ultimately eliminated”.
