ECi FMAudit® Software Integrates with HP Devices

ECi Software Solutions’s premier managed print services solution, FMAudit® software, integrates with HP® printing and imaging devices.

HP devices account for more than 50% of FMAudit’s industry-leading fleet. As with all original equipment manufacturers (OEM), HP device specifications change often, which can lead to incorrect meter readings, inaccurate billing and lost revenue as well as erroneous supplies and service delivery.

The tight integration of FMAudit software with HP’s devices will allow for more accurate data collection, give customers the ability to compare counter totals against the printer usage page to ensure correct billing, and create opportunity for more advanced remote management features to be added in the future.
