EC Takes Slovenia to Court over E-waste Recycling

The European Commission initiates a complaint against Slovenia to court due to the country’s failures to enact EU legislation on the recycling of electrical and electronic equipment waste, reported balkans.com.

Also, the EU issued a reasoned opinion to Slovenia for failing to enact a single work and residence permit for migrant workers, demanding a EUR 8,408 (approximately US$9,364) daily fine until the relevant legislation is enacted.
