Pittera said he is grateful Katun entrusted the CBC Group with the commercialization of its products.

“The Argentine aftermarket needed to have this historically leading player which always offers an original quality product, making its price-performance-quality ratio always the best on the market'” he added.

According to Pittera, CBC has based its long-term strategy on the commercialization of hardware, software and digital solutions to its customers and their companies.

CBC Group will only represent Katun in Argentina as Katun already has a strong presence throughout the rest of Latin America. At the same time, the broad portfolio of CBC Group sees it distributing its other products and services throughout the Latin region.

“One of the reasons Katun choose us as its official distributor in Argentina is because of the ability of CBC Group to provide a high level of customer satisfaction,” Pittera said. “Our products arrive on time and in good form to all corners of the country.”

Pittera explained response times regarding any issue are quickly resolved through his high-quality support service. “From the beginning of the request that reaches our help desk until the arrival of the product to the client, everything has a web tool for tracking by ticket, even with its mobile version to follow up from any Android or iOS device.”

He sees there are great opportunities in 2021 because customers seek quality, price and service for the solutions to their problems. “Our very broad portfolio includes top-of-the-line brands, such as Fujitsu (scanners), Godex (label and thermal printing), Sharp (MFPs, high-volume printers, color and monochrome digital presses, laptops, monitors and smartboards, etc.), Sindoh (MFP), Pantum (ideal printing equipment for home office and small offices), ECI (software and tools that allow us to add value to our distributor and our end customer), Print View (which is a remote monitor of the web environment that allows us to make our after-sales service have predictive and preventive actions), E-Management (which is a multi-brand and multi-platform printing manager, which allows configuring cost center for users, confidential printing permits and safety, identification by the user, with the aim of minimizing costs and the impact on the environment) and Eagle Eye (video security in the cloud).

Founded in 1979, Katun is a US-based supplier of OEM-compatible imaging consumables and supplies for office equipment. Katun designs, manufactures, sells, and distributes OEM-compatible imaging products for copiers, printers, and other imaging equipment worldwide. Its parent organisation is General Plastic Industrial Co. Ltd. and it has subsidiariesKatun U.K. Ltd., Katun Bermuda Ltd, Minco Manufacturing, LLC, PNA Holding and México S.A. de C.V.

Looking to the future, Pittera said the short-term plan is to continue searching for entrepreneurs interested in doing business with the Katun brand. “We suppose that beyond teleworking is here to stay, the return to the offices is important. Personal interaction is essential to achieve greater satisfaction in the achievements of each member of the work team and undoubtedly improves communications, always taking into account the health issue.”
