Befon, a leading Chinese printing consumables brand, announced it has acquired a 60% controlling stake in Zhuhai Mito Color Imaging Co., Ltd and Zhuhai Retech Technology Co., Ltd for RMB 120 million (USD 17.6 million), taking over the company’s operating rights.

The move marks a strategic step from deep domestic roots to full-scale global service, with a clear commitment to making life simpler and more certain for printing customers everywhere.
