Australian Forms Office Choice Makes Strategic Acquisition

Office supplies dealer Discount Office Supplies, established for 30 years in western Sydney, has been acquired by Australian Forms Office Choice.

According to Forms Australian Office Choice owner John Donaghy, it will be “business as usual” for the time being. He says despite the acquisition, both businesses will continue to operate separately.

Donaghy added, “With the efficiencies obtained through the Office Choice group and its Pronto enterprise software platform, I’m sure there will be a smooth transition process over the next few months.”

Discount Office Supplies, established by Mike Kriz more than 30 years ago, is based at Chipping Norton in Sydney’s west.

Trading since 2001, Australian Forms is a family owned and operated business, and part of the Office Choice Group. They have become a leader in legal forms and legal stationery in NSW.
