Armor Intros Four Reman Toner Carts

As reported in The Recycler, French cartridge remanufacturer Armor recently rolled out four new series of remanufactured cartridges for HP and Samsung printers. The company said the four new sets are part of its goal to “offer the best product coverage for the laser printer installed base”.

The first set of products are remanufactured cartridges for HP’s color LaserJet Pro CP 5220 and 5225 series. According to Armor, the printer is an A3 machine targeting small and medium-sized companies; its four cartridges feature yields of 7,300 pages.

The second series consists of remanufactured laser cartridges for HP’s color LaserJet Pro 200 and M251 machines. These were launched in August 2012 to replace HP’s CP 1215 printer. They are both A4 color laser printers for small businesses. This set includes two different black cartridges, one with a yield of 1,600 pages and the other a yield of 2,400 pages. The three color cartridges claim yields of 1,800 pages.

The third new set is four cartridges for HP’s color LaserJet Pro CP 5520 and 5525 printers. HP released these printers in October 2010 to replace its LaserJet 5500. They are both A3 capable devices for small and medium-sized companies. The black cartridge has a yield of 13,500 pages, while each of the three color carts features yields of 15,000 pages.

Armor’s last product release is a remanufactured black toner cartridge for Samsung’s ML 2160 laser printer which came out in November 2011. The cartridge for this monochrome laser printer has a yield of 1,500 pages.
