Apex Rolls Out New Compatible Chips for Kyocera TK-5317 Cartridges

China-based Apex Microelectronics (Apex) claims its customers will be able to seize market opportunities with its new release compatible chips for use in the TK-5317 series of toner cartridges suitable for use in the Kyocera printing devices.

The Kyocera TASKalpha 408ci and 508ci printers (pictured) were released in March, 2020, in the United States. Both A4, color, multi-function printer models can print up to a speed of 40ppm. Kyocera is pitching these printers at small and medium-sized working groups that require durable operation and flexible finishing.
