Advanced Tool Launched for MPS Dealers

Clover Imaging Group (CIG) has rolled out a type of tool to help dealers of imaging industry solve problems on pricing and manual data entries when operating MPS programs.

According to CIG, the name of this new tool is Axess TCO tool and it is powered by BEI Services WorldStats™ data. It can accurately calculate and model services pricing of each page automatically. The TCO tool has two ways of calculation: one is by cost per page (CPP) and the other is by cost per seat (CPS).

Besides, this tool enables dealers of imaging industry to produce sales proposals easier for its intuitive and web-based platform along with direct links to dealers’ Axess MPS account. In addition, it can generate documents with a single click and possesses improved reporting capabilities.
