Acquisition Seeks Advice from Zygoquest

One of the leading technology providers in the U.S. is about to complete its largest acquisition of a printer and copier dealer.

According to Zygoquest Group, Document and Network Technologies (DNT), the company to be acquired by Marco, has sought advice from the owner of Zygoquest. The terms of the transaction are kept confidential.

Marco is a company of US$280 million and has ranked as the global 14th largest Managed Services Provider by MSP Mentor. It has 1,130 employees in 50 locations and serves 31,000 customers in the U.S. It has already fulfilled 32 acquisitions to date.

DNT provides copier/printer and document solutions, IT Managed Services, facilities management, shredding services and imaging services throughout Missouri and Southwestern Illinois.

Zygoquest Group specializes in providing customized merger & acquisition services to buyers & sellers of companies. Its owner, Mike Dudek, has a great deal of experience with evaluating both small and large transactions in the office products industry.
