Xerox Launches New A4 Color Printers Following Rebranding
Xerox has announced the release of a new range of A4 color printers and MFPs, marking the first hardware products introduced under the company’s unified brand after its integration with Lexmark.
The new lineup includes the Xerox C240/C245, C255a, and C300/C303a/C305ae series. According to Xerox, the products combine technologies and capabilities from both Xerox and Lexmark and are aimed at the small workgroup market.

Key features of the new product range include:
- Ease of use:The devices feature user-friendly interfaces, simplified setup processes, and compatibility with the Xerox Easy Assist App and Xerox Print and Scan Experience App for device management, printing, and scanning.
- Performance:Xerox said the C240/C245 and C255a models are intended for everyday office use, while the C300/C303a/C305ae series is designed to support more demanding small workgroup environments.
- Security:The printers include built-in security features designed to protect devices, documents, and network access. Xerox also noted support for post-quantum cryptography (PQC) technologies.
- Compact design:The products are designed for use in smaller offices and shared workspaces where space may be limited.
- Sustainability:Xerox said the devices are energy efficient and contain more than 50% post-consumer recycled plastic.
The Xerox C240/C245, C255a, and C300/C303a/C305ae series are now available in North America, Western Europe, Australia, and New Zealand. Xerox said availability in additional markets will be announced as the global rollout continues.
