Ricoh Partners with Brother to Expand Print Portfolio
Ricoh Canada Inc. and Brother International Corporation (Canada) have announced a strategic alliance to expand their print offerings across Canada, building on an existing U.S. partnership.

Under the agreement, Ricoh will incorporate Brother’s Exclusive Series into its A4 print portfolio, adding a range of desktop printers to complement its existing imaging devices. The move is aimed at providing businesses with a broader selection of print solutions suited to hybrid and decentralized work environments.
The combined portfolio will include both multi-function and single-function printers, enabling organizations to streamline print infrastructure through a single vendor. Ricoh also plans to integrate Brother devices into its print management platform, RICOH Streamline NX, to support unified workflows and system management.
The expanded offering targets industries with high document demands, including healthcare, legal, finance, and retail, with an emphasis on improving flexibility, cost efficiency, and compatibility with digital and cloud-based workflows.
