Tricia Judge to speak at RemaxWorld Summit 2016

The industry has witnessed an increase in the number of lawsuits between OEMs and the Aftermarket in the last 12 to 18 months. In fact more cases have hit the courts in the first six months this year than the whole of last year.

So finding out how to win against the OEM legal challenges has become a hot aftermarket issue. Tricia Judge (pictured), the Executive Director of the International Imaging Technology Council (I-ITC) will share her views at the 2016 RemaxWorld Summit in Zhuhai China.

With the topic of “How to Win Against the Legal, Chip and Other Technology Challenges the OEMs are Throwing at the Aftermarket,” Judge will share her views on the latest legal issues and provide some ideas on how to make the right legal decisions.

Tricia Judge has served as the Executive Director of the International Imaging Technology Council, a not-for-profit trade association serving imaging supplies remanufacturers and dealers, for 17 years. Before that, Judge was the Executive Editor of Recharger Magazine for five years. A lawyer for 30 years, Judge also has litigation experience.

Judge’s work has been published in Recharger, Imaging Spectrum, Recycling Times, Recycler Magazine, ENX Magazine, Nevada Lawyer Magazine, ASTM and Standardization News. She has won critical acclaim for her writing and industry advocacy.  Judge has also assisted in the preparation of four friend-of-the-court briefs presented to the U.S. Supreme Court and federal circuit courts, and has presented the industry’s position to the International Trade Commission and the Federal Trade Commission.
