TOSHIBA INTRODUCES POWERFUL DESKTOP MULTIFUNCTION PRINTER TRIO

Toshiba America Business Solutions has expanded its industry-recognized e-STUDIO™ line by introducing a trio of feature-rich, desktop multifunction printers (MFPs). Toshiba’s latest A4-formatted e-STUDIO offering – which includes one monochrome and a pair of color models – couple next-generation security features with an array of embedded applications to comprehensively address small to mid-size business document output and workflow needs.

Toshiba’s desktop products combine the speed and performance – delivering up to 50 pages-per-minute – of larger multifunction printers within a compact, sturdy and durable design. Complementing virtually any office environment, Toshiba’s latest MFP trio feature a myriad of solutions to streamline important and common scanning, copying, printing and faxing tasks.

A Google Drive™ app enables busy users to scan and print documents from this popular cloud storage and file backup service directly from the MFP’s 7-inch front panel. Mobile users may also print remotely by utilizing the Google Cloud Print™ app through an internet browser on the e-STUDIO front panel.

A unique Solution Composer app further equips resellers with the capability to create custom workflow applications based on a client’s specific business processes. The app’s easy-to-use drag and drop design further simplifies the creation process and enables time-saving productivity through rapid deployment.

The Toshiba e-STUDIO products tout robust, enterprise-level security functionality including:

Security Held Print Jobs feature, which prevents exposing sensitive or confidential information by only releasing prints to authorized users;

Hard disc drive encryption and wiping;

Permission-based security.
