Sycamore Partners appoints ex-USA Foods president/CEO as senior adviser

John A. Lederer, former President and Chief Executive Officer of US Foods, has joined Sycamore Partners as a Senior Advisor. In this capacity, he will serve as the Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors of Staples, Inc. and its newly formed and independent United States and Canadian Retail Businesses.
