Supplies Promised Despite the GEO

One Chinese company is telling their US customers, they can promise delivery of their products despite the recent ITC GEO.

Print-Rite’s founding chairman, Arnald Ho has told Recycling Times their attorney not only “advises” their cartridges to non-infringe, but has “confirmed” their products can continue to be imported into the U.S.

“Our attorney based in the U.S, who is a specialist in the ITC and customs matters,” he explains,  “has confirmed with us, that our products can go to the United States.” Ho would not elaborate what arrangements between Print-Rite and the ITC and/or customs and have been put in place.
