Submit Funny Captions to Win Google Play or iTunes Cards

This month, we provide a cartoon in need of a caption. You can submit your caption on the RT Media’s Facebook page. The author who gains most likes for her/his caption in the comment section on Facebook (top one, two and three) will be able to win google play or iTunes cards! Winners for this month’s cartoon will appear online February 28th, and in the April issue of The Recycling Times Magazine.
