Static Control Releases More Than 50 Products in First Quarter 2015

In the first quarter of 2015, Static Control launched more than 50 imaging solutions, including over 30 replacement chips for use in HP®, Samsung®, Lexmark® and other printer applications. Here are some of the products:

Chips

• Replacement chips for HP® 90, 91, 789 and 792 wide format plotters. Static Control redesigned these chips to allow for easier installation from remanufacturers. The new, easy install design provides the same OEM functionality and proper “ink low” and “ink out” messaging as the previous offering.
• Ink jet chips for use in HP® 831 cartridges
• Chips with multiple yield offerings for use in cartridges for Lexmark® C782 and X780 series printers and Lexmark® CX310 printers. These chips offer full OEM functionality and accurate reporting as well as being resistant to OEM firmware updates.
• Regional variants of 30,000 page yield replacement chips for Samsung® MLT-D307U were released. Samsung often releases cartridge SKUs across multiple regions.
• Replacement chip for use in Samsung MLT-D11S cartridges and a 40,000 page yield chip for use in the MLT-D309E/ELS cartridge
• Regional chip for use in Kyocera® TK-1124 cartridges
• Chip for use in Xerox® WorkCentre™ 5325/5330/5335 cartridges
• Replacement chip for use in Ricoh® C262 cartridges
• 20,000 page yield chip for use in cartridges for the Konica Minolta® bizhub® 4000P
• Multiple page yield chips for use in cartridges for the Fuji-Xerox® P350, P450, CP305, P215 and P255/M255
• Replacement chips for use in Epson® LP-S440 and LP-S340 cartridges
• Replacement chips for use in NEC® 5300 and 5500 cartridges.
• Replacement drum unit chip for use in Xerox® WorkCentre™ 4150 cartridges

Others

• A complete system solution for Ricoh® SP 5200 cartridges, including Odyssey® toner, Odyssey® drum and a replacement chip. These cartridges are similar to the popular Lexmark® T-650 cartridges and share remanufacturing techniques.
• NeverTAB™ PCR for use in cartridges for the HP® 4600. This PCR provides a superior level of resistance against toner additive build-up (TAB)
• A universal HD toner for a broad range of Brother® cartridges
• Replacement toners for use in Samsung® MLT-D307 and Dell® 7130 cartridges
• Doctor blade and wiper blade solution for the HP® 1012 cartridge
• Doctor blades for HP® 1320 and P1505 cartridges
• Replacement wiper blade for HP® P2055 cartridges
• Odyssey® drum for use in Samsung® CLT-x407 cartridges
