Sale of European Business Completed

One of the world’s best known brands for office supplies says the sale of its European business is now complete.
According to Office Depot, it had set about finding new strategic alternatives for its European operations since the beginning of 2016. Later the company declared its intention to sell the European business to the AURELIUS Group in September, 2016.
AURELIUS is specialized in providing end-to-end solutions around Federal Acquisition, Human Capital Analytics, and Technology, and had finished over 70 transactions across Europe.
Office Depot also discloses that this transaction is part of the company’s global splitting strategy to concentrate more on its businesses in North America.
