Parsia, Canon Resolve Fuss Over Toner Bottles for Canon Copiers

As reported in 4-Traders.com, Japan’s Canon and London-based Parsia International Ltd., have reached an out-of-court resolution of their dispute over Parsia’s alleged patent infringement by selling certain toner bottles for Canon copy machines.

According to the resolution, Parsia has agreed to cease manufacturing, importing, disposing, offering, using or keeping the unique toner bottles. The product codes include: 10014346, 10014246, 10014546, 10014146, 10013824, 10014446, and colored toners, 10614446 (cyan), 10614546 (magenta), 10614646 (yellow), and 10614346 (black).
