OEM Adjusts Management Layer for Merger

A global leading manufacturer of printers and electronic components, etc. has announced changes in management personnel.

According to Kyocera, its Corporate Functional Devices Group, Kyocera Crystal Device Corporation and Kyocera Connector Products Corporation will be merged into the Corporate Electronic Components Group of the company in April this year.

Yoji Date, the current president and representative director of KYOCERA Connector Products Corporation will become the General Manager of Corporate Electronic Components Group. Hironao Kudo, now as the General Manager of Corporate Functional Devices Group will be the Deputy General Manager of Corporate Electronic Components Group.

Amid the new executive officers, Norihiko Ina, the Director of KYOCERA Document Solutions Inc. will take the office of President and Representative Director of KYOCERA Document Solutions. Shigeaki Kinori, the President and Representative Director of KYOCERA Crystal Device Corporation, is about to be the Deputy General Manager of Corporate Electronic Components Group.

Takashi Kuki, the President and Representative Director of KYOCERA Document Solutions Inc. will resign and become the Vice Chairman and Director of KYOCERA Document Solutions Inc. Yoshihito Ota, the Chairman and Representative Director of KYOCERA Communications Systems Co., will resign to be the Advisor of KYOCERA Communications Systems Co.
