O’Connor Named as New General Manager

ILG has appointed Jim O’Connor as the company’s General Manager. He will be based in Calabasas, California, where ILG—a strategic member of the Turbon Group—remanufactures more than 700 laser cartridge SKUs, reported TonerNews.

With 28 years of extensive sales and management experience in office products industry, O’Connor will be responsible for management and supervision of both the operations and strategic direction of ILG’s imaging supplies business.

Al DeLuca, CEO and president of ILG, Turbon, says, “Jim’s extensive industry experience in sales management, channel strategy and operations make him the perfect executive for this key position. As we continue to grow our business in today’s dealer channel, Jim’s experience and results oriented approach will further extend ILG’s track record of outstanding quality and customer service to our loyal customers.”

The company believes O’Connor’s leadership skills and customer focus will serve him well in managing ILG’s daily operations.

Before joining the company, O’Connor served at S.P. Richards Company as division vice president, helping develop a growth initiative for business products dealers.
