Northwest Office Technologies Taken over by POA

POA (Pacific Office Automation) acquired NOT (Northwest Office Technologies) in February, 2016, and now POA owns two new locations in Spokane, Wash. and Post Falls, Idaho respectively.

NOT has a history of over 25 years in sales, service, and remanufacturing of cartridges, along with strong customer loyalty.

According to POA, this acquisition aims at its expansion in Spokane, Post Falls and surrounding regions. At present the company expects to relocate its Spokane branch to a larger area for supporting this new partnership. Idaho will be the new location for POA’s branch office in addition to four locations in Washington.

The president of POA, Doug Pitassi stated, “We are thrilled about the acquisition, as POA already serves many customers in the Spokane and Post Falls areas. Providing direct service is a major factor in the decision to acquire Northwest Office Technologies.”

NOT’s branch manager, Darren Bruhns said, “Northwest Office Technologies couldn’t be more excited to become part of the POA family. This acquisition will allow our company to continue serving our loyal customers, expand our offerings, and reach new markets.”
