Niculae Cantuniar Named Ricoh Germany CEO

Ricoh Europe announced it has appointed Niculae Cantuniar as CEO and Chairman of the Board of Ricoh Germany. Mr Cantuniar will lead Ricoh’s operations in Germany, reporting to David Mills, CEO Ricoh Europe.

Niculae has extensive industry and multinational experience that will help us bring renewed customer focus and agility to our operation in Germany. He possesses an agile, energetic and customer-centric approach to business, as well as a strong track record in customer satisfaction and employee motivation.”
Mr Cantuniar has over 25 years’ experience in sales and marketing, profit and loss management and building teams across borders. His areas of expertise include managed services, computer hardware & software and professional services.
He has run operations at Xerox Corporations, Sun Microsystems and Dell, as well as profit and loss up to 500 million USD. He has also held senior roles at Lexmark International, Cable & Wireless Worldwide and Colt Telecom.
Niculae is fluent in five languages including German, English, French, Italian and Romanian. He also speaks conversational Spanish. Niculae holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physics from ETHZ (Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Zurich) and an MBA from INSEAD. He is also a winner of several Presidents and Chairman awards.
