New Ultra Black Ink is Quite a Yarn

Swiss-based Sensient Imaging Technologies is launching a compatible, rich black ink for textile printing at the ITMA show in Milan, Italy, this week.

Sensient claims their Xennia Amethyst Ultra Black ink is a premium addition to their market-leading textile printing ink range for high performance digital production printing on cotton and viscose apparel and homeware textiles.

The Sensient® Xennia® Amethyst™ brand has been a well established benchmark for color performance and printing reliability for many years. The new Ultra Black ink, the company says, is a premium addition to the range for those wanting the ultimate in rich, deep blacks while retaining production reliability and printhead life.

The new ink is being demonstrated at ITMA Milan until 19th November where equipment, dyes, garment and textile products, fiber and yarns, software, test and measurement services can all be seen.
