New Strategy to Rid Market Confusion

An association has been formed to raise awareness of quality print consumables in Russia.
Heading up the Association of Quality Consumables Manufacturers and Suppliers (AQCMS) is Dr Stanislav Malinskiy (pictured) , who is also the general director of the information agency Business-Inform.
“Many distributors, retailers and consumers are confused about the range of printing devices and printing consumables supplies available. Enterprises and government who are big buyers of products are wanting education, as are the smaller operations and businesses,” Malinskiy explained to RT Media.
In his capacity at president of the new association, Malinskiy will oversee the association’s main activities that include:
organizing and running exhibitions, conferences and seminars, and providing advertising services with an aim to create
awareness and clarity on the economical, ecological and social advantages of using printing consumables;
consulting on issues relating to the evaluation and choice of office printing devices, supplies, and parts evaluation and the current Russian and International office equipment market situation;
editing and publishing magazines, catalogs, special news issues related to the different segments of Russian and International printing devices, supplies, and parts markets;
providing legal services in connection to contracts, Russian tax laws, customs, law-enforcement, and judicial agencies;
holding scientific-research seminars and test-development works related to the various problems of Russian and International printing devices, supplies, and parts markets, including evaluation of printing quality;
holding educational and information events related to the various problems of Russian and International printing devices, supplies, and parts markets, including the evaluation of the print quality, organizing procurement, service maintenance and document workflow automatization.
