New Replacement Chips for Samsung Android Printers

Apex Microelectronics, the pioneer of printer supplies chip technology, has released the replacement chips for new Samsung Android platform printers.  The new chips can be used in monochrome laser MFPs ProXpress M4583FX and M4370FX/M5370FX, and will be available for more printers soon.

Apex believes the new product is first of its kind and featured a “firmware upgrade durability strongest in the industry” with the SOC technology.

As was revealed, Samsung introduced several printers that run on an Android platform in the Internationale Funkausstellung Berlin (IFA) held in September 2014. These printers, which are now available in the US and Europe, are the world’s first Android platform printers and also the first Smart printer series released in Samsung’s “Smartify Your Business” campaign.
