New Printing Package With Fixed Fees

Epson is offering smaller businesses in Europe a hassle-free, fully serviced printing package, namely the Print365, promising low, fixed fees.

Similar to a mobile phone contract, the new printing package covers everything at a simple fixed fee over a 36-month agreement, without splitting costs. There are no hidden or additional fees within the selected print package. The OEM claims Print365 saves time, money and all the trouble of finding the right supplies, buying online, and keeping stock.

Paul Steels, vice president, business, Epson Europe, says: “We want to deliver our channel all the tools and support to offer Managed Print Services to their SME end-user. Print365 enables them to protect their existing customers while adding additional profit. It offers a state-of-the art reseller portal, including assessment, quotation, dashboard and service functionalities, so the reseller only has to manage their customer relationship.”
