Cowans boss appointed to Integra board

UK dealer group Integra Business Solutions has elected a new non-executive board member, reported OPI.com.

Kevin Foot (pictured), Managing Director of Essex-based OP supplier Cowans Group, has been appointed to the board.

He brings more than three decades of experience in the sector, including 20 years running stationery wholesaler Hanmar before it was sold in 2006.

Integra CEO Aidan McDonough commented: “With Kevin’s extensive knowledge of the industry, I am sure he will bring new ideas and a fresh perspective to the board and I look forward to working more closely with him to develop the business further.”

Foot added: “Despite challenging times within the industry, this is an exciting time for Integra. I hope I can provide a valuable contribution to its development over the coming months.”
