Katun Unwraps New OPC Drum and Color Toner Sets

 Katun, a leading, alternative supplier for the office equipment industry, unveiled a Katun Performance™ OPC drum for use in Ricoh Aficio 9000/1100 and1350 MFPs in European markets.

The company says the newly released drum will help vendors improve profitability by reducing their cost-per-copy compared to the OEM drum. Also, the drum has been designed to adapt to several PLD models from Danka Infotec, Gestetner, Lanier, Nashuatec, Rex Rotary InfoPrint Solution, Toshiba and Savin.

Apart from the OPC drum, other new releases include the Katun Access™ color toner for use in Utax 1725/1730 applications, and Katun Performance™ toner for Olivetti D-Copia 3500 MF/4500 MF and 5500 MF-series applications. Katun claims both new toner sets can help dealers reduce cost while providing consistent performance and OEM-equivalent page yields.
