Fellowes appoints European head

Office supplies vendor Fellowes has appointed John Watson as Director of European Countries.

Watson brings to the team over 20 years of industry experience, having held leadership roles in the UK, Canada and France.

His most recent role was as Global Marketing Director at Lyreco, where he helped contribute to the group’s US$2 billion worldwide business.

In his new position at Fellowes, he will be responsible for all European markets and is set to become a member of the firm’s European leadership team. He will ensure the company continues to respond to the needs of an evolving industry while increasing sustainability.

He will report to Fellowes President of EMEA and Asia Pacific Michel Van Beek.

“Fellowes continues to grow globally and this appointment allows us to focus on evolving our European markets. John is well-known and widely respected throughout our industry and we wish him every success at Fellowes,” commented Van Beek.

Watson added: “The company continues to evolve and innovate in its 100th year and I am thrilled to be joining the European team at such an exciting time.”
