HYB Upgrades Configuration of Drum Units for DK-1150
Due to the new establishment of the sourcing channel for the OEM DK-115O drum shell, HYB recently upgraded the configuration of its DK-1150 drum unit.
HYB claimed that it used lab-approved new long-life OPC to rebuild the HYB-DK-1150UG Drum units. In addition, it was also remanufactured from OEM shells. “Customers won’t face any problems regarding cartridges moulding precision problems,” so said Kim Lee, sales director of HYB.
It is also said that the HYB-DK-1150UG Drum unit went through life-testing with an estimated yield of 120K pages in ECOSYS M2040 machines. “It is almost four times of the yield of the rival’s newly built DK-1150 drum units, ” said Lee.
More importantly, the HYB-DK-1150UG Drum units performed stable when worked with OEM toner, HYB toner and other major reputable aftermarket toners. “The rival’s drum units could only work with two kinds of aftermarket toners, “ Lee said.
“In order to understand the difference between HYB-DK-1150UG Drum unit and other new-build compatible drum units, some HYB customers also sent one of their current products to HYB for comparison testing, ” Lee added.
HYB claims that the HYB-DK-1150UG Drum units, developed and remanufactured by HYB, will effectively decrease the cost of service and offer great customers’ satisfaction just like they had with the O.E.M. products.
According to HYB, the drum unit remains the same application for use in Kyocera ECOSYS M2040dn/M2540dw/M2635dw/M2135dn M2735dw/M2640idw/P2040dw/P2235dw.
