When the straightening function is turned off, it can be used as a beating screening machine to sort different beatings. An optional outer diameter measurement function is available.

Contact measurement/non-contact measurement can be switched freely, the machine can be adjusted easily, the running speed is fast, and the detection accuracy is high. Fully automatic loading and unloading, one person can operate multiple machines at the same time.

The gantry flatness testing machine is mainly used in places where flatness needs to be detected, such as flat pads, flat aluminum parts, flat iron parts, etc.

The equipment adopts high-precision marble base and beams to ensure high stability and rigidity. Small gantry mobile architecture allows for higher speeds without compromising measurements. The measurement system adopts a precision optical laser displacement measurement sensor with a resolution of 0.5um.

Precision grinding grade ball screw and precision linear guideway, the servo motor adopts double closed-loop motion control, which has high-speed and precise positioning and movement stability.
