Epson Unveils Three New A4 Color Business Printers

Epson announced the addition of three new A4 color business printers in response to the rising office demands for upgraded printing equipment, driving the productivity evolution toward next-level “office assistant.”

Amid the robust economic growth in China, enterprises are seeking more efficient printing equipment that is capable of printing color documents in larger bulks, performing tasks across different devices, and handling heavy workloads. Epson acutely recognizes this trend and rolls out these new devices to expedite businesses’ progress toward productivity acceleration, better cost control, and sustainable development. The three new additions—L43X, L637X, and L6398 series—are all equipped with the next-generation PrecisionCore print heads, improving print quality while reinforcing efficiency. Each model is designed to meet the specific demands of different audiences.

L436X: SOHO Pioneer

With exceptional cost-efficiency, the L436X series caters to the needs of small and home offices (SOHOs). The compact design, entry-level price, and auto color duplex function make L436X the ideal option for companies that are balancing cost control with the pursuit of efficiency. In SOHOs, the ability to respond to multiple individual devices remains a priority for a printer. To cope with this issue, Epson integrates its Heat-Free technology into the L436X series, which eliminates the need for heating when printing documents, thus reducing downtime between each task.

The L436X is capable of handling most common document types, including ID cards, photos, and business cards, enabling SMBs to finish all tasks with just one device. The large capacity of its ink bottle greatly lowers the frequency of changing supplies, and the maintenance box can be changed easily without professional technical help. All these user-friendly designs ensure that new employees can grasp the use of this new printer in no time.

L637X: SMBs Center Hub

For small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) where document sharing within the same project is required, Epson recommends the L637X series. It covers all the core advantages of the L436X series but boasts an additional capability of scanning documents in batches thanks to its independent automatic document feeder. Not many models within the same price range can duplex scan documents, and the L637X addresses this issue, freeing users from manually flipping papers when scanning a large quantity of documents.

L6398: High-End Standard

As an upgraded version of the L637X, the L6398 combines all its advantages and further sets a new benchmark in printing security, making it ideal for governments, legal services, hospitals, and financial departments where fax is a necessity. Additionally, the L6398 series is equipped with a 2.4-inch touch screen, allowing intuitive operations at the tip of your fingers.

To help contribute to the cause of sustainability, Epson has applied environmentally friendly designs in these printers. The supplies consumption (excluding ink) of all new models is reduced by 84% compared with older ones, pages of manuals are minimized to cut paper usage, and all models are packaged with recyclable resources. All three models will be available in April 2025.
