Diamond Dispersions Expands Sales Team

Global pigment and colorant dispersion specialist, Diamond Dispersions, has expanded their sales team with the appointment of Simon Robinson as Sales Administrator.

Robinson’s new role at Diamond Dispersions focuses on customer service and aftercare as well as providing technical support in a direct liaison between each customer and the company’s chemists and research team.

Graduated from Sheffield Hallam University in 2006, Robinson has a degree in business studies and marketing. Back in university, he completed a 12-month work placement with the Materials & Engineering Research Institute where he was responsible for maintaining contacts with customers, scientists and researchers globally. He established his own aquatics business after graduation and later worked for a UK games company in customer service and sales.

Simon Robinson says he looks forward to the job and hopes to help improve Diamond’s excellent reputation in customer service. He thinks one of the most important processes in customer support is effective communications between customers and their team and Diamond’s global field sales staff.

Commenting on Robinson’s appointment as a Director at Diamond Dispersions, Director Peter Callahan, said: “Simon has a proven track record in delivering excellent customer service. He’s definitely going to be an asset to the business; it’s great to have him on board.”
