CIG Achieves Unprecedented Success Rates on Toner Quality

Clover Imaging Group (CIG) continues to show growth and improvement since its merger with MSE in 2014. The aftermarket toner cartridge manufacturer announces an increased success rate over the last year. In 2016, the company had a 99.5% success rate. Now, the company is proud to announce that its success rate has increased to an unprecedented 99.6% for both color and mono.

“I am proud of the fact that we continue to innovate in an ongoing effort to improve what was already an impressive success rate,” said Luke Goldberg, EVP Global Sales, and Marketing. “It was made possible by our commitment to continually implement best practices and our investment in engineering infrastructure, automation, and robotics.”

Dealers are finding that CIG replacement cartridges are an exceptional alternative to the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) cartridges. Offering a more affordable product, the aftermarket cartridges are shown to be of high quality. In 2017, CIG cartridges were tested by Buyers Laboratory (BLI), a leading global independent office equipment test lab, on three HP printers and the results showed reliability, high page yield and high image quality. After testing 54 cartridges, they found zero defects. Also, it was reported that CIG exceeded the OEM’s stated yield numbers across all types. More information about the test lab’s results can be viewed at https://www.cloverimaging.com/BLI-Testing.

CIG’s increased success rate with toner cartridges is made apparent in the company’s success in color cartridge sales. 22.6% of the company’s sales are in color, compared to only a 13% average in the industry. With the manufacturer’s proprietary patented technologies and processes, products are made of superior quality. CIG’s R&D and Engineering teams are comprised of 39 experienced and degreed technicians, who work to continually improve product quality.

The enhanced robotic remanufacturing workflow allows us to create the in-demand cartridges with unparalleled efficiency. CIG’s extensive patent portfolio includes innovations in the areas of cartridge filling, cartridge splitting, cartridge sealing, and post-testing.  These proprietary technologies are used throughout the CIG and MSE brand product lines to produce remanufactured cartridges of unsurpassed quality and consistency.  CIG and MSE brand’s proven innovations combine to produce cartridges that outperform the competition and finally give organizations a cost-effective alternative to expensive OEM cartridges.
