Canon Names New CEO of CIIS

Canon U.S.A. Inc. has appointed Mr. Kenji Sato as the President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Canon Information and Imaging Solutions (CIIS).

Despite acquiring the new role, Mr. Sato will continue to be a vice president and general manager of the Information Technology Group in Canon U.S.A.

Mr. Sato has long working experience in implementing new IT systems for Canon’s businesses in Europe, Canada and China. He has served the Canon company for his entire career ever since he graduated from the Musashi Institute of Technology with a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering.
