Canon First to Get Five-star Rating

The imaging OEM is the only Japanese company to win the China Environmental Label Excellent Corporation Award.

The five-star Green Supply Chain Assessment-certification is awarded by the CEC (China Environmental United Certification Center).

CEC’s criteria of assessing supply chain companies is based on policies issued by the Chinese Ministry of Environmental Protection in 2016.

According to global.canon, Canon’s green supply chain management is highly rated. Its copying machines, multifunction devices, printers and fax machines have all received green supply chain certification.

Canon says it remains committed to reducing environmental problems and pursuing an environmental vision with its customers and business partners.
