Business Complete Solutions Acquires StarPoint Advantage

Business Complete Solutions (BCS), the San Diego-based independent supplier of office equipment, announced the acquisition of IT technology services provider StarPoint Advantage, Inc. (StarPoint). The sale has been completed Dec 1, 2015.

Although BCS was already providing these services to our clients, I felt it was important to acquire a leader in this field to better serve our current and future clients. StarPoint was that company,” said Keith Justus, CEO of BCS. “Both BCS and StarPoint customers will benefit from an unprecedented combination of products and services for this market.  We welcome this outstanding company to the BCS family.”
