African Company Wins Xerox “Reseller of the Year”

Bytes Document Solutions (BDS), a printing solution reseller in Africa, won the Reseller of the Year Award from the Xerox’ South African distributor in “exceptional circumstances.”

According to IT-Online, BDS was an exception in getting the award, one that is not handed out every year. The reseller has received the award because it has exceeded the sales targets set by Xerox’s Equitrac distributor Document Accounting Solutions (DAS).

On its success in sales, BDS admits that Equitrac, Xerox’s intelligent print management software, is in fact popular among customers, making it easy to sell.

The software solution created by Xerox reportedly saves great cost in managing printing in organizations and makes enterprise printing simple, secure and cost-effective.

Koos Ligtenberg, director software solutions, BDS, commented: “From our perspective, Equitrac is such a powerful, proven solution. I am not sure why every enterprise with any print requirement doesn’t already use it.”
