$6.2 million Contract to Better Workflow Management

Pennsylvania-based Wilson Group has won a $6.2 million contract to help enhance workflow management in the Pittsburgh Public School District (PPSD)—a deal that includes printer supplies.
According to prnewswire.com, the school district has signed a five-year contract with a focus on workflow solutions. It is said the contract includes almost 800 new copiers and printers for each school and district facility. The Wilson Group will fully service and maintain the devices and provide all supplies through a dedicated support team located in the district.
In addition, the Wilson Group will provide the district office technology and equipment through a partnership with Sharp Technologies.
“We are deeply honored and proud that the Pittsburgh Public School District has selected our firm over national competitors that included some of the most iconic brand names in the world,” said Derrick Wilson (pictured), President and CEO of the Wilson Group. “We attribute this achievement to the best team in the region, a great partner in Sharp Technologies, and a longstanding commitment to providing the highest quality service in Western Pennsylvania.”
