Ricoh Acquires Global Vision Multimedia Group
Ricoh announced the acquisition of Global Vision Multimedia Group, an Asia-Pacific-based provider of audiovisual (AV) and multimedia communication solutions. The transaction was completed through Ricoh Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd., the company’s regional headquarters and sales management organization for APAC.

According to Ricoh, the acquisition follows discussions that began in January 2026 as part of efforts to establish a strategic partnership between the two companies. The move is intended to strengthen Ricoh’s workplace experience service capabilities across the APAC region and support the delivery of scalable workplace solutions to both multinational and regional customers.
Founded in 2016, Global Vision Multimedia Group employs more than 140 specialists across the APAC region. The company provides end-to-end AV and multimedia services, including system design, integration, deployment, and ongoing support. Its client base includes multinational corporations and leading organizations across multiple industries. The company has developed expertise in managing complex, multi-country projects while maintaining consistent service standards throughout the region.
Ricoh has continued to invest globally in technologies and services that support hybrid work environments, including meeting room systems and remote collaboration solutions. In December 2025, the company acquired Presentation Products, Inc., an AV integrator based in New York State. Previous acquisitions in the sector include Cenero in the United States; DataVision, Pure AV, and AVC in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa; Videocorp and Go2neXt in Latin America; and ET Group in Canada.
Ricoh stated that combining Global Vision Multimedia Group’s regional expertise with Ricoh’s global customer network and workplace services capabilities will help expand the company’s ability to deliver consistent workplace solutions worldwide. The company said it aims to strengthen its position as a global integrator by combining Ricoh and third-party products, services, and software to support customers’ business objectives and competitiveness.
