HYB Provided Training Support to Global Distributors

Despite the impact brought on by the Pandemic, HYB distributors, in general, managed to grow sales revenue for different HYB brands.

In order to offer extra support, HYB has been continuously providing training courses to their distributors and sales professionals.

According to HYB, distributors in Spain, Brazil, South Africa, Nigeria have accomplished phase II training and other distributors are participating in phase I training at this stage.

HYB claims that it offers online training on a regular basis in Spanish, Portuguese, French and English to the sales, technical professionals of their distributors as access to more marketing, industrial and technical knowledge.

“Knowing the value of the products and how HYB’s products can really replace OEM toner without harming relevant components of their customers’ business equipment, sales professionals are full of confidence to introduce more HYB products to the market,” said Kim Lee, sales director of HYB.

It is said that the training also provided a chance to share multiple precious HYB experiences of problem-shootings to customers who face technical issues.

HYB claims that this has grown the reputation of its distributors in the local markets. HYB’s products with multiple brands and trademarks such as HYB TONER ® , Zeus TONER ® and Zikom® gained great popularity in different countries through the efforts of their 40 distributors.
